Property Management: We all know how stressful it can be wondering if your property is being taken care of properly, especially when you're living a couple of thousand miles away, but if you employ us as your property managers - you can stop worrying! We work with you, the owner, to tailor make a service that you want and we listen to any special requests or concerns that you may have. Your guests will have our contact details should they need us during their stay and if any problems occur you can be assured they will be dealt with swiftly. We will also advertise your property for free on our rental site to try and help you fill those extra weeks. Please see the table below for an example of the prices we charge for our cleaning services. Each property will need to be individually assessed and the final price would depend on the number of bathrooms, balconies, outside space etc. To find out more please contact us for a no obligation quote. * A mid holiday clean would consist of hoovering and mopping and a change of linen and towels and also the option of a bathroom clean for a small additional charge. This would only apply if your property was occupied for 2 or more weeks. Some owners prefer a full clean instead of a mid holiday clean which we're also happy to do. We would also check all bulbs after each full clean and replace any standard bulbs that were not working free of charge. All cleaning products are included in the price. |
Extra Cleaning Services: In addition to our property management services we also offer one-off cleans for owners who don't require regular cleans. This may include a 'builders clean' where your property will need a more thorough clean once the builders have left. Prices for these cleans would depend on different factors. Key Holding & Security: Some owners send their keys to guests in the UK via Royal Mail but if you would prefer your keys to never leave Fuerteventura we can offer a secure key holding service. The keys to your property would be kept in a locked safe and could be given to your guests on arrival to your property with our 'meet & greet' service. At present, we can only offer the 'meet & greet' service to properties in and around Caleta de Fuste. Alternatively, we would give the keys to your guests if an airport transfer was booked. You may just want us to look after your keys if any building work was due to be carried out on your property or maybe as a back up in case your guests were to lose the set they have. As part of our key holding service you could compliment it with regular security checks to give you peace of mind when your apartment or villa isn't being occupied. We would make random visits to your property to check your windows and doors were secure and would also enter it to ensure everything was in order and nothing untoward has happened ie. no uninvited guests like cockroaches had moved in or the water pipes haven't burst. We would flush all toilets and water any house plants as well. Security checks could be carried out weekly, monthly or as and when required.

Welcome Packs: We can also provide welcome packs to help your guests quickly settle in to your property. This would be especially useful if your guests had a late arrival and the shops were closed. The packs usually consist of:

Garden Maintenance: If your property has a garden we'd give it a quick tidy when we were there doing the clean. Obviously, from time to time, your garden will need more time dedicated to it to keep it looking good for your guests. Prices for garden maintenance would depend on the size of the area to be looked after or work could be carried out on a set price per hour. It's important to keep your gardens well maintained, especially if you have a front garden, as this is this first part of the property your guests will see when they arrive. |
Decorating: It goes without saying how important it is to keep your property looking a cut above the rest. If your property looks shabby, whether it's the outside or inside, your guests aren't likely to rent your property again. If you can only get to Fuerteventura once or twice a year the last thing you want to be doing is spending you hard earned holiday stuck inside painting the walls! We take great pride in the work we carry out and we won't leave until the job has been done to a very high standard. Where possible, we'll remove furniture from the rooms we're decorating in and anything left will be fully covered with protective sheets. We won't leave paint splashes on your windows or floor tiles. We're happy to paint your interior walls white but why not try a bit of colour to make your property even more like a home from home. Prices for decorating would need to be individually assessed and work would be done in a 'quiet period' when your property was free from guests. Note: You don't have to have us as your property managers to take advantage of our decorating service, anyone who has a property anywhere in Fuerteventura can use us - as long as we're available!
